Join Nancy Jenks for Sit & Fit Fitness Classes
The Sit and Fit fitness class meets on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 – 10:15 in the lower level of the church. This chair-based class is geared toward older adults who want to increase muscular strength, improve flexible and range of motion, and work on balance. All the exercises using hand-held weights, resistance band, and small ball help with one’s activities of daily living. Functional fitness helps prepare a person for the demands of daily life.
Fee is $5/class.
